During my introductory digital forms class, I embarked on a creative journey by crafting these collages using a collection of photographs I’ve captured since I was just 12 years old. Each piece is deeply rooted in the theme of climate change, mainly focusing on its impact on the natural world. 

The collage on the right envisions an alternative lifestyle in response to the impending challenges posed by rising sea levels. This artwork attempts to spark dialogue about adaptive living in coastal communities, capturing a blend of hope and resilience through vibrant imagery.

In contrast, the other piece highlights the disturbing consequences of altered migratory patterns, explicitly focusing on the flamingos in Mumbai. After learning about a collision involving an Emirates aircraft and these beautiful birds, I was inspired to create this collage. The artwork is a poignant reminder of how climate change disrupts natural behaviors, leading to unforeseen and dangerous encounters. Together, these collages aim to illuminate the urgent conversation surrounding climate change and its profound effects on our wildlife and ecosystems.
